- Relax – Set a bit of time for relaxing yourself each day.
- Whatever you focus on, you amplify. Be aware of your thinking, when it’s positive, when it’s negative.
- Positive expectancy – Focus on how you want to be.
- Accept what you can’t control – Identify what you can.
- Be aware of your strengths and personality attributes. Identify opportunities to use them.
- Appreciate the differences in personality type. Teach people how to be your boss, friend, partner (and learn how to be theirs).
